All our products are in compliance with IMDA standards, with SAFETY mark certification.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of our products, use of the Service, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The Customer pays the delivery, duties and customs, re-delivery which are charged separately. Any additional charges are clearly stated when you check out in your shopping cart.
Prices for our products and services are subject to change anytime with or without prior notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a collection (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Aurazoe promises to keep all personal details / information safe within our database. We are governed by our own Privacy Policy.
Aurazoe has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, sizes and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour would be accurate.
Aurazoe reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Billing & Accounts
Aurazoe may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per company’s purchase or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, location and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not in any way liable for mis-delivery due to incorrect information in the system.
Refunds & Returns
Once your transaction is completed and payment is made via Aurazoe.com, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you choose not to accept delivery, we are not able to refund any and all payments made. We will not accept items purchased through our third-party affiliates.
No refunds will be given for paid orders. We are dedicated to assuring that you receive your order in perfect condition. We have a thorough quality control system in place to document all shipments that leave our facility. Please be sure to check the outer and inner cartons, take photos of any issues and please notify us within 2 working days.
If you want to exchange an item, depending on the circumstance of the request we may consider an exchange for equal or higher value. This request must come within 2 full days of receiving the item, only full price, with original invoice, in perfect condition with all packaging intact.
If there are any problems or damage on your delivery you must notify us immediately. Be sure to inspect the outer and inner cartons, take photos for documentation purpose. If there is any damage on the outer cartons please keep all packaging and contact the carrier for a claim as we do not bear any responsibility for damages that occur in transit.
